Unity - AI-governance capability

Boxcurve - designed and built on Azure (independent)

  • AI-governance and accountability-mapping capability I designed and built on Azure: it maps who is accountable for every task in complex enterprise change, with full lineage and RACI.
  • Built first on Microsoft Power Platform inside a Microsoft 365 tenant, then rebuilt as a React and FastAPI application on Azure with a multi-agent orchestration engine and a jurisdiction-specific regulatory overlay.
  • Built capability, not a commercial product: no launch and no customers. It shows how I apply AI governance to regulated change.

Azure backup service transformation - Tier-1 New Zealand bank

Boxcurve - service transformation delivery (solo remote)

  • Eight-month solo engagement for a Tier-1 New Zealand bank under RBNZ regulatory oversight.
  • Authored 80%+ of deliverables: service design, Azure Backup architecture, a CMMI-SVC maturity framework and a requirements traceability matrix across 115+ requirements.
  • Azure Policy governance with ServiceNow self-service, achieving 16-hour RTO compliance.

IT/OT critical-infrastructure bid - Middle East oil and gas pipeline

Boxcurve - Consulting Solution Lead

  • Led technical architecture for an enterprise IT/OT solution bid for a major oil and gas pipeline in a high-risk region.
  • Secure reference architecture to IEC 62443 and ISO 27001, SIEM and XDR posture, three follow-the-sun operations centres, Zero Trust with biometrics and SD-WAN resilience.
  • Delivered a complete, defensible submission in three weeks; passed prequalification.

NotPetya recovery and Cloud Factory

GroupM (WPP Group) - EMEA Transformation Programme Director

  • Led recovery from the NotPetya ransomware attack that hit 99% of the GroupM EMEA estate.
  • Restored Tier 1 services within a week and the full environment within two months.
  • Created the Cloud Factory methodology that then accelerated the UK datacentre exit by 300%.
